I am not sure on the time for 5:00 P.M., I am thinking of around 3:30 or 4:00 P.M., cause most people live outside the U.S. and have different time zones. I think I might do 4:00 P.M.

whats it mean verify players using stopping power? do i have to have it on, or do u have to kills us with it or what? i dotn wanna get kicked or my stats n stuff reset
