Can someone make me an 8-bit avatar that looks similar to..

I want mines to look more like me though..

- Requests -

- Above the picture I would like VS4(Capitalized) in flashing colors if possible.
- Keep the headphones on. I like them
- Make him look similar to me (Skin color, hair, etc..)
- Left Ear ring (Picture's right side)

Please can you guys take the time.. I really want this but I couldn't find the .PSD files for it! If you can i'll +Rep the only point I have please! Thanks!
