Im getting booted off my internet by this guy on Xbox 360 named JFL x Modz. He has been kicking me off line for a good hour and i cant connect to my internet and finally got past to maker this post. If anyone can help ill rep for a few days.

Block his IP address from your router or return fire. On a Unix system, use netstat -n in the terminal to find his IP address from all of your active connections. On a Windows computer, use Low Orbit Ion Cannon to overload HIS connection after finding his IP address. If he persists, he is stupid or bored. He will most likely stop.

Just turn your router off for 10mins which will reset your ip meaning he can't do anything without your new one

That doesn't work the way you think it does. It just changes the internal IP, which uses the same public IP. The public IP is the same for all local IPs.

Unfortunately, you have to call your ISP to do this. It is the only way to actually change your public IP address.
