Urgh... 2/10

1) The girl is really poorly done, you could at least do a bit of editing to make her more smooth (Not random colour patches around her hair,etc.)

2)The Halo 3 logo doesn't completely fit, it needs resizing

3)There are better brushes you could have used

4) The Halo logo on the girls stomach makes no sense, if you're trying to get it to look like a tattoo, you've failed, try looking at real tattoos to see how they actually look on people. (They're usually a solid black or slightly faded depending on a few factors)

5) You've got random white patches on the background, fix those.

6) Font for the "420" could have been better.

And I'm just starting there.
