Ya there is if you haven't yet gone to call of duty elite and signed up for you should.
They send you an email with a beta code or something

That's call of duty elite beta, the online stat tracking thing, not the multiplayer beta. If anything there will be a closed beta like black ops had where only people who worked for 3arc or hackers had access to it.
