I was on 1.7.29 for a while and then went straight to 1.9.2 after seeing the dev post on XDA this morning. The only change I noticed was the addition of UI sounds, which I immediately deactivated. This ROM has a massive user base and dev community, so I would expect it to move quite fast.

I've loved a bunch of ROMs, this one is definitely one of my favorites. CM7 has been growing unstable on me, I just have not gotten around to fixing it. The fastest ROM I have ever used is the Gingerbread Stock OTA for the Dinc. If it had the customizability other ROMs had, It would be my daily ROM.

OMFGB also has the features of CM7 but with rock-solid stability and good speed. I really do have a ROM for everything. It is extremely convenient, like having multiple phones to suit your mood or task at hand. I feel legitimately sorry for all those unfortunate iPhone users!
