No. People talking crap won't ruin a game at all. Its not like their voice would influence the game to be bad. That's why there's a mute button. If that ruined the game for you I don't know whats wrong with you.

Its annoying in one way.. but on the other hand it is annoying when ur whole team is sniping and the other team decide to noobtube and purposely camp with machine guns, and even more annoying i hate people that use ump's when their blatently 10th 70, what is the point?

And when you do mute them they troll your inbox with mean messages. Cyber bullying is way out of control in COD. I would allow 3arc to listen to game chat and see who is talking crap to other people that way they would be banned. This would probably put a stop to that. I get mad in games but not to the point where I start talking shit about other players and troll them. This needs to be stopped.

I hate that also. I don't understand why they can't shut up and play the game.

Kind of. I think they ruined teamwork because i cant communicate with other teammates without getting called "A hardscoper" Sorry i was sniping for real....

yes good point
ill break and say that yes there are times when its completely fine but i think I'm aiming more towards the blantantly and in my personal opinion outright overuse of either word as a mechanism that serves as a grounds for bullying.

Honestly you have to be in a clan or a group of people you know to get communication. Often you just get killed by the people that actually know what they are doing while your team is raging and communicating terribly.

I'm glad that there's finally some intellegent disscussion on the subject honestly.

I can say that I've never spoken poorly to anyone on xbox live, sure I may swear a bit, but mainly when I'm pissed off at myself, there's no point insulting people you've never met, and probably never will again.
