If you want to get a very good k/d ratio and a very good wins/loss ratio follow these simple steps:
Get some mates together ( must be okay at black ops )
Go on Team Deathmatch ( a lot of sh*t people go on team deathmatch )
I would suggest using hardline so you can get your killstreaks earlier
I would also suggest using famas red dot sight or galil suppressor
keep doing this until you get yourself a nice combat record

I have just started this method and its working well for me and my mates.
