Ok so a couple of days ago I hotswapped for GTA IV: TBOGT. I tried to install it and and it stopped and 43% but thats a whole different story. So I played the game for a little while and then I put my xbox back together and then I go back on like 4 days later and I am playing around with my friends and then I go to the airport and there are custom cars and helicopters spawned. My friends didn't beleievme me and they came over and the could see the cars and helicopters. My game isn't installed and its the regular game disc. And My xbox is back together. I can't go fast, i can't fly cars, and I don't have any map mods. JUST THE CUSTOM CARS AND HELICOPTERS.

WTF IS GOING ON?

What do you mean by custom cars and helicopters? Any pictures?

I think the 43% has installed a couple of mods.

maybe a bug but!

It's just because the files of the Car Spawns are still on your Game Cache. If you clear your System Cache It will stop spawning......
