I just installed the game and now it just freezes when i start to play

i just got a new laptop with windows 7 and when i open xbox360 backup creator i get runtime error 339

Is there a site I can order the disks from because I cant find any anywhere

I made 2 disks now and they freeze at 50%
When I go to play them, they will freeze during the mods by Robatore screen.

Im am a experience modder, and I know I did nothing wrong.. Please help.
BTW, I deleted my system cache, deleted savegames, and play on a offline account!

My disc stalled at 43% and said that it might be dirty or scratched. But, I could play the mods.

I've been working on finding a way to change to value of score when you get a kill on deathmatch and i have found this do you think it would work by changing the value ?

edit: i found this in the deathmatch file not saying where because it may be a good start and as you see there is -100 for killing team mate and 100 for killing enemy what ya think fun? i found same stuff in other gamemodes aswell (original GTA)

my tbogt iso downloaded and works for my xbox. and it installed right after i did the hotswap. but when i start it up it says thank your for downloading blah blah blah then when i pick tbogt it just never loads it just keeps going through the loading. and i thought maybe its because i need to be invited to multiplayer. but it does the same thing when i accepct the invite it says play with mods on? or go to single player. press AB then at the bottom is says A yes B no. ive clicked a and it just does the same thing and doesnt load and when i click b it doesnt do anything. help?!

Delete your game save and then clear your cache before starting the game up.

no it didnt work. im being told its because its patched? when i dissconnect from live and i clear my cache it loads single player then it freezes. but it doesnt work when i connect again
