I agree with you Dale, but as Shen said, Admins/Mods etc. have certain powers over others :trollin: ..

But, it also annoys me how people almost asslick Mods/Admins etc. , eg. in this post, 5 posts in 1 minute. Sounds like a tarp to me.

staff don't need more staff they need members helping find the topics

i myself report atleast 20-35 topics a day.

And i know you work hard to keep the forums clean

I agree. I hate when people post this. the staff do extremely hard work. Thats why you never see them posting that much. I admire the staff for putting so much work into this site.

Dale is right, if you pay attention for like 5 mins you would realize that staff closes/deletes a lot of spam posts, and other things. Also you can't expect them to just sit on TTG all day watching for spam/scam posts. So, please give them a little credit.

But then again when +500.000 members are gonna start reporting topics there will be so much more work to do , and yeah we all know that you do the right things always but it just takes some time to deal with all of them.

I agree that the staff do alot of work and they can only do what they can being that they are only human my only gripe is that I have had 3 stupid warnings that I didn't deserve but I got over it. So to all you moaners out there look at the number of members then you will realise the pressure the staff go through on a daily basis and also have some respect they earned their spot.

Great post dale.. i haven't been on TTG for 2 months and when i got back i immediately saw a topic like what you were saying. You guys do an awesome job as staff.

The only new thing here is the weather, people will always complain on staff, just like they complain on the police etc.

It's not staff's fault they are busy all the time, Maybe if users would cut it out thinking post means something on this site spamming/Braking rule they would have more time to deal with other things.

With more staff we are open to more security issues, more attempts to hack staff and more issues if staff are not completely dedicated to helping out as they could delete important topics.

I should have said this because your right (again) but maybe (far fetched) make a new staff group with VERY VERY limited permissions as little as closing moving and deleting topic. Or make an announcement reminding people of the report button.
