Theses days you see people mostly using photoshop, cinema4d or gimp
all these you have to download or pay for
i have found a site that not meny people use but
it is very easy and has lots of effects, touch ups, and fonts to use
it is free and a website meaning no download
the site is called picnik
Yes there are some down sides photoshop, cinema4d have more to do ect but this picnik is very easy to use and very straight forward
You can pay and get double the amount of affects but its still as good without

picnik is for pictures not making gfx but good thought i guess
