Yes but you have to pay for the item as goods
If he says send as gift you know he is not legit

Same with me.
Im buying one tomorrow, he's showed me it on webcam etc...
It seems legit enough, for £135.
Im sending as goods.
Is there anyway for me to get it back if its an actual scam?

Make sure when sending the money, you select "payment for goods"
This way if you don't receive it, you can file a chargeback get your cash back
If he says send as a gift, don't.

You can file a chargeback, paypal will then ask him for proof he sent it, if he cannot provide proof the money is put back into your paypal
