I understand were your coming from controlling something is hard but what you can do is have staff dedicated to answering questions that people ask the staff because then it would give other staff more time to check forums and watch over it better just my idea but im not a staff so i have no idea how much that would help

I've seen those topics earlier today, and it made me kind of angry.
Like you pointed out, it requires alot more work than normal users think it takes.
I used to be a moderator on a friend's site, and it only had a little less than 10,000 members. I can say that it was tough dealing with the issues that went on, let alone i had lacrosse practice and school.
And that is nothing compared to what the staff have to deal with on a site with over a half a million members.
Give them a break and stop pestering, they're doing there job correctly. If you see problem, help the staff by reporting it, simple.

DaleUK wrote This is something I see more and more often posted on the site which is really annoying me.some of that made me laugh but its all true
I see multiple members telling staff to "Do More" and "Do This/That" - I'm sorry, but unless you are staff you have no idea about the amount of work that we all actually do.
People seem to forget that just like everyone else, we are people with real lives, education or employment and issues outside of just TTG. We have our own stuff to deal with ontop of the drama we recieve from apparently "not doing enough".
It's quite amusing though, people will complain about us not dealing with certain topics - but when we check the logs there was not a single report made on the topic. The staff aren't robots (except System) - If we don't have people reporting topics then sometimes mistakes do happen and topics are on the forums which shouldn't be.
It just really annoys me that people complain about the lack of work staff do, when they have no idea about the stress/harrassment/issues that being staff can bring to you.
I especially love when people say "Oh, I'd be a better staff member than x" - I'm almost 99% sure that within a day they would have performed at least 1 demotion worthy action and would be removed from staff. Being staff is not as easy as it seems. Whoever we have as staff, we have for a reason.
Anyways, Rant Over, Time to go drown in the amazing scottish weather.

In my opinion you guys do a great job.
It is hard to keep up with all of the spam and what not.
Sure I dont like some staff but they still do a great job and I respect you guys for that.
Keep up the good work guys, much respect to you all

I believe users say this because they are jealous they are not staff. They feel if they will get staff by saying they would stop all the spam, when you guys try as much as you can. Im not gonna lie, i would love to be staff but i could never keep up with everyone saying i dont do a lot when i have a life.
