You have used an overused tutorial that every noob uses and think it looks amazing (The blue logo)

Also, the best way to get the full effect of the BG you have tried to produce is to go to Filter>Render>Clouds and it will look good.

Then we have the random arrow that points to nothing with your name next to it, makes no sense.

Also, you need to start using matching colours...

(I'm not trying to put you down, this is constructive criticism, it helps)

I know, I said I had looked around... i found the tut.. tried it out.
