First ever time using blurr please rate im not that good but i gave it a go no template all done by myself i will upload layers if you guys need me to

Not that Great Mate
Try using C4D Renders for the Background
and Picture renders so the image is not pixelated.
and turn the hardness down on the smudge tool.

overall 2/10
