Okay I have just been signed out of xbox live. I attempted to sign back in and the messsage occurred.

"You have been suspended from Xbox LIVE.
You will not be able to sign in to xbox
LIVE until 31/12/9999

Email with more information has been
sent to the Windows Live ID email address
for this account.

I then went to my live email and it read in brief.

"This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to marketplace theft.

The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

Duplication of item purchase history
Attempted Microsoft Points fraud
Illegitimate acquisition of redemption codes"

What the ****?? I've never done any of this?? How do I complain or at least find out what I have done.

It's not as easy as that. I have many friends on my account and have had the account for 4 years. That's prestigious. I also love my gamertag and gamerscore and all my levels and ranks in games are gone

Call up microsoft and they will deal with the situation.

Unfortunately there is nothing on your side that can alter the ban in any way.

You are better off making another account like I did when I got banned.

You are luck that you got a profile ban, instead of a console ban. I got console banned, and it sucks!
