It's not as easy as that. I have many friends on my account and have had the account for 4 years. That's prestigious. I also love my gamertag and gamerscore and all my levels and ranks in games are gone

I got banned for that too!! There has been a ban wave going about, but microsoft said if you get banned for marketplace fraud they have solid proof as they can watch your console and everything your doing.

Ring microsoft, if you didnt do anything wrong you have nothing to worry about ;)
