if it says missed plugin you need to download that plug in

It's not that, it crashes when it loads.

But i fixed it, restart your pc and delete a specific virus

It is taking along time to do, but I will try to do it again.

People are saying it is my settings but I don't know what to look at in my settings

Also I downloaded Norton Internet Security and it says my computer is clean
