Does this always happen ?

Wrong, it's programming.
Good guess though!

Anyways, to the real solution.
@Panda:
That seems to be what's called a cache error.
You see, I'll explain this all to you.

At first glance you'll notice the servers you're running are Apache, and PHP5. (Derivative of 4 maybe?)
That doesn't really matter. What gets into the parts that confuse me is the Pragma.

"But It0ken, what's a pragma?"
A pragma is a way we programmers indicate information to the compiler.
So think of it like this way as I made in this picture.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

So it's simple. The error is telling you the website is currently not getting access to your cache, which is shown by the cookies trying to be stored. This is like saying:

"Hey, we've never seen your site before and can't store info on it, so we don't notice it's a real website and ignore it."

That's a very simple fix.
First off make sure it's not a virus/malware/spyware effecting the cache.

Second off (if it's not the above) make sure your browser is installed correctly.

Third off make sure your DNS is set properly. If so, flush it.

This should in return fix all problems with your caches from now on.

Nice knowledge there man!

Thank you for that

Again, wrong.. Don't mean to be rude, but there's no such thing as coding.
