ok i would try restart the PC than AS its starting up spam f8 til a menu comes up try to run in safe mode and make a new account if this works get a good anti virus and change your ip FAST

if that didnt work run in safe mode and reinstall your Operating System (using the disks that came with ur comp so basicly your gonna reinstall ur WHOLE comp but you will lose all ur data REPPP
