umm no u can call microsoft if its underwaranty and get it fixed but i think it cost but theres tutorials on how to fix it but never do the towel trick and if u try any tutorials make sure people are commenting and saying it works I still have to figure mine out but u can also try this. unplug ur xbox and let it cool off only if its been played for awhile but if u havint played it still unplug and re in plug it

-303- wrote take out all the plugs and plug them back in
it worked for me
and also there xbox.com if you cant find anything here
it didint work for me
