I let my friend license transfer a game-on-demand. He downloaded it and everything else has been fine. He only got one game and only plays it once a week. Will he get banned for this? If so, console or profile?

I doubt it I have licensed transferred two games on demand from my brother and nothing has happened yet.

the guy who post the first comment is completely wrong(no offense) his profile will get banned from the marketplace so he wont be able to buy ANYTHING from their.I saw on another forum about xbl is banning people for this.
