bluesmoke12 wrote Our town starts uniforms in 5th grade... Its really stupid but atleast you dont have people trying to outdo another over clothing...

I understand that point of it but its pathetic.

Its pointless to enforce something like that.

They promote individuality yet do this.

I used to go to a private school, and I had to wear a polo and khakis, and I didn't mind it. It's all about uniform (literally). It shows discipline and mutual respect.

Honestly i dont have a problem with school uniforms.

It saves me time in the morning on trying to figure out what i should wear.

But my school isn't to harsh though, I wear a white polo and Khaki shorts. I have no problem at all wearing that.

I'm sure somebody said this but uhhh that's the problem with America now, too many individuals. Everyone striving to be number one and be different just to get attention... that's stupid. Go to school and learn something instead of worrying about your clothes, that's for after school, then you can stunt all you want.... smfh

i dont know why you all complain about uniforms i wear one everyday and i actually love it. I save time in the morning and when i go home i just take my polo off and switch to gym shorts. i wear comfortable shorts underneath and we all show our personality by being ourselves. the only time it matters is when it is overly strict about it and a single infraction is a detention.

real talk... hell, if the only social life someone has out of school is online (where they can't wear their fits and show off) that is one MISERABLE existence.
