IW (eventually) learned their lesson on MW2, and I'm sure that Activision will make them follow the Treyarch model for this game, since even though that system has it's flaws, it has helped stop Black Ops from becoming the broken mess that MW2 became.

That's funny, when they use a practically fully automated banning system, all you have to do is spam reports on someone to get them reset.
That's more than a flaw, that's a colossal failure.
