707 wrote will you get in trouble if you delete it after?

If they took notice of the download, you run the risk of getting in trouble, deleting the material will not help you at all.

They shut off my service for seeding, not downloading. I can keep the file, but I just have to stop uploading it. After that incident, I seeding full bore for as long as I was able to. It's only certain files they are after. They are most often p0rn and new movies (which was my case). Those two are the most profitable to them. Music is fine. It is not profitable enough for them to pursue music pirates anymore. Just make sure you read the comments before downloading.

Illegal downloading has gone of for years and I know no-one who's been caught. They wouldn't target single people, they'd just take down the websites and try and block torrenting programs. Torrenting will never die because there's too many people doing it they've stopped caring.
