Alright when I play WoW or CoD4 (for pc and xbox) I get major lag! I called my provider (windstream) and they said everything they could do from their end has been done.. They cant find out why.. I had 12mbps, but downgraded to 6mbps cuz they said it should work better..

I have all the ports forwarded, no router no filters, lugged in directly and I restarted it several times, always 300-400 ping in CoD4 or 500 ms in WoW..

Please help, this suckksss (BTW I had 6mbps with time warner, and we switched over cuz its cheaper) Been doing ti since we had it.. But internet and downloads are fast..

Dunno all i know is that mine is oppisite to yours mine has shitty internet and downloads but amazing XBL. :/
