Alright well this guy i know is raging hard core saying WeAreM40A3 doesnt have a partnership because they dont have a banner where their name is supposed to be on their videos but yet they have a partnership background.So do you have to have a name banner with partnership or no.

they do have partnership and do have banner. they just didnt but in a banner code.

you need partnership either from youtube = Full partnership $$$ or CMS partnership= given partner by friend with full partnership but you dont earn $$$.

to use these branding options(aka banner) you need partnership.

They Have Partnership Its An Option You Dont Have To Have That At All
