You can always Script GTA 4 Original Online. Trust me, Duck knows how to script GTA IV. That's how he has color mods. Ducks Gamertags are: GogetFamous, Rockstar London , oDuckisFamouso , oODUCKLINGOo

So then weapon mods should be revived by now, with scripts you can do mods similar to WaW.

That's why they aren't much active anymore in the Grand Theft Auto IV section of 7s anymore...

Very true but the more you rely on other people to release their mods which im pretty sure they worked hard on them they wont release them. It either figure it out yourself or wait till there is a release!
