yes you can,its called hotswapping, look in his sticky for a tut on it Forums/t=1802884/tutorial-how-to-...e-tut.html
it does involve taking your xbox apart - you lose your warranty, you can still get banned but unlike flashing/jtagging there is no illegitimate hardware/firmware on the xbox so microsoft cant detect it

Team Viewer won't allow me to fix that, your burner is messed up apparently, but I don't know how to fix things like hardware and even if I did know how, I couldn't fix your burner virtually.

But you most likely got an error while burning the disc.

My disc stops installing at 43% but it works if I play it but I would like to install it. Can you give me any ideas or inject the files into my iso yourself?

It can't be the files, if you remember replacing them all correctly, then it's the fact that you got an error while burning the disc.
