Most of you are completely missing the point of the thread.
I made this to save myself some work, why are you posting massive lists with no description? I don't have the time to go through those.

i dont care what you put in as long as theres no: NoClip or godmade that ruins the game so plz dont put that in any other infections are okay. i jsut want 9th prestiege and tenth on my other account D

All of these will work (any dvar will work) if the infect-able binds are working.
Anyway...
