i think it disables that devices rotation feature. like the camera rotates but videos and stuff dont.
i have a iphone 3gs jailbroken on fw 4.3.3(8J2)
how do i get it off?

double click the home buttone slide left and click the circle thing and u shouldnt have a lock in the middle there done
