I am looking for an already J-tagged Xbox that is fully functional when turned on. I have all cords necessary for the console, i have remotes and KV's.
I am willing to spend about $175.00 USD or around €140.

dude i can sell you one or more jtags with everything you need and one with everything included will cost 400$. And you choose motherboard. i would recommend a xenon or jasper.
