Try redownloading Horizon: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Make sure you have .NET framework 3.5 installed: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

If you have .NET installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling.

No. Anything that comes up in your Anti Virus is just a false positive. Horizon is completely legit and contains nothing malicious.

I wish the Halo Reach Credit Adder Still allowed you to add more than 1000........

You can although there are certain cirumstances to do so. Bungie has imposed a daily limit of 1000, and there's no way to bypass that online. Bu using this method you can add more than 1000. Check this thread and try it out: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
