Oh come on now. You're ranting about people who just joined that are trying to contributive and help new members that joined. There is nothing wrong with that. You joined a month ago. You could still be considered new. They are trying to fit in with the community. Greeting newer members is fine, and there should be nothing against that. People should be able to contribute and greet people at WHATEVER level or rank they are. No matter what post count or join date.
