They do not have any idea what they are saying, I had an argument with one last night and they passed me onto senior staff, they are saying my gamertag is linked to another email "@live.co.uk", I do not know what this e-mail is and I have not ever, registered with a live.co.uk e-mail. They keep saying they need the right e-mail for security reasons, I understand that, but it was all fine until I changed my gamertag. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, please can you help?
