i had this on the bottom and i fixed it by
blowing hard no homo into the USb aand your Computers USB Port

Thanks For Trying But It Dint Help

ALso When i plug it in , pinnacle comes up and says somthing about a usb 2.0 and a usb 1.1 problem or somthing.

Try a different usb. you might be pluggin it into a 1.0 and it needs a usb 2.0

Change the settings in the pinacle when you go to capture mode and somewhere in settings. and if there are no more usb ports try it on a different computer.
