About 1 inch of my screen is cut off and when I adjust my screen to move the horizontal position to move it over it is still cut off can any one help me plz I will rep as much as I can

not a new monitor the resolution i have but when i change it i cant read any thing on my screen bit the whole thing is in screen but the resolution i have it on right now is the one i always have had
