You cant compare these games, they are two complete different games.
The only that makes the game alike eachother is that both is FPS-Shooters.

I think there similar you shoot people blow stuff up and youre in war you cant compare halo and cod those are different games bf3 and mw3 are not

I Personally am looking forward to MW3 but i will defiantly be getting BF3 as there seems to be a Massive Hype about it

Battlefield are for kids that take Video Games WAY to seriously, & For people that are like "WOULD YOU QUICK SCOPE IN REAL LIFE IF YOU WERE IN THE ARMY?!" Hell No I wouldnt, Thats why its a Video Game.
