The Protagonist

He is the main character in the Saints Row series.





Johnny Gat

Also known simply as Gat, Johnny Gat is brash, hot-headed and also very trigger happy. He is of Eastern Asian heritage and has a torrid, on/off relationship with local R&B diva.





Shaundi

She is a top lieutenant of the 3rd Street Saints, She enjoys partying and playing hacky-sack or skee ball she often consumes drugs, And is often seen high.





Pierce Washington

He is a top lieutenant in Saints Row, But he is attempting to launch a music career at the point when the events of this game kick off.





Angel De La Muerte

he can now get revenge on the man that was once his best friend and helps the Saints in taking down the Luchadores.





Oleg Kirrlov

Oleg is a giant member of the Saints who is over eight feet tall and can toss cars as if they were made of styrofoam.





Kinzie Kensington

Not much of her backstory has been given at this point, but from the trailer she appears to be unfazed by gunfire.





Zimos

For the vehicle, see Zimos (vehicle)
He speaks using an electronic voice box, which has been autotuned.





Josh Birk

Depicted as a true idiot that is both narcissistic and very stupid, Birk is responsible for landing the Protagonist, Shaundi and Johnny Gat in prison after setting off a silent alarm.
