Not sure if this is the right place, but I think I may have found a trail that may lead to the red skull

Also sorry for the poor quality

First go to the jungle and head to the Russian Hideout

While looking around I noticed red alters with red skulls on spikes that pointed from one to another

after looking around I found a room nearby that has a red glow to it, the only way I found in had two wooden planks blocking the way

Iamb pretty sure you can get in there because there are zombies inside it

I just wanted to throw this information out and see if it helps anybody find the red skull

There is no red secret skull. Only brown, blue, green, orange, and purple. And they give you developer weapon mods. Not an achievement.
