Ormanit, whatever you choose to do in whatever style will probably end up better than mine
I haven't explored this style full enough yet. The lego blocks were too easy, one of the hardest shapes to do is the cylinder (although a sphere looks harder) so practise a few shapes then you can start

Photoshop
and it is quite easy, just time consuming. You have to draw all the outlines pixel by pixel then fill it in. An isometric grid is the best way to get started, after a while you realise it just gets in the way though
