They just announced that anyone who plays gears 3 in the first couple days of the release will get the gold guns automatically

This is GREAT! that means i'll have the golden hammerburst, lancer, retro, and gnasher (if you actually do get from veterans achievement). i'm getting it day it comes out

That's awesome. I was in a phase where I wasn't playing my xbox, so I missed out on the Beta, but now that I'm back into it, I'm glad I'll be able to get it

You only get golden hammy and lancer, the others you have to earn separately.
