Hmm i dont know what the problem is then. Some people just have bad connection. Try another Host. Sorry it didnt work out for you

Whats your GT ? And make sure after the lobby go into solo zombies, press the "Back" button to open the menu. The back button is near the big xbox button and then go online with it
