Does Anyone Know Where the bouncer's Pal,Homerun,Italian Plumber,Pick Of Destiny,Master Chef,Viking of the South,Bushmaster,Banisher,Eviscerator,Assassin's Greed,McCall's 9mm and the Crowd Pleaser are?

I think almost all are Random Drops and the Pick of Destiny can be found as a quest at the Jungle.
