Im pretty sure you just need the easter egg achievement from Call of the Dead ad you require the golden rod.

i thought you need the shangri-la achievement but that makes sense with the whole golden rod, because shangri-la has nothing to do with the original crew

you dont need any richtofen ALWAYS spawns with the golden rod and focusing stone it would have been wrong to say to do this easter egg you have to buy the other map packs.
