Title says it all...

I joined a random server and on the server load screen they had custom text. I am wondering how I am able to do this. Any help?

You have to have a key pad ....hit shift to pull up the type menu and enter MOTD witch means msg of the day then you space it and type what you wAnt to type and hit enter
