1. 5% is 13, to make 10% you double the number, giving you 26. To then turn it into 100%, times the number by ten, giving you 260.

2. 400 = 100% divide both sides by ten to bring it down, giving you 10% = 40, as the number you want is 80, double both sides, giving you 20% = 80

3.108 divided by 9, this gives you 12, telling is 10% is 12. We then times this by ten to give us 100% = 120

4.Half 200, and half 190, doing this will result in 100% = 95, therefore the 'Something' is 95%

Hope it helped

Take a 108, divide it by 90(the percentage), then times it by 100. You'll get the number if they are all the same... If not, then just repeat the procces.

In future for percentages just divide the number by 100 to find out 1% then times it by whatever to get what you need.

when you get to year 11 is when you need to worry.

today in maths i did compound interest which is quite hard.

Its easy work, could be done with a calculator, but if he's 13 he wont remember shit by using one!
