I have gotten banned due to Marketplace Theft, Microsoft has to be doing something that breaches there own terms of service "(AKA) Code Of Conduct" because of "We will not divulge additional information regarding individual suspensions for these offenses." straight for a XBLPET member. There is definitively something fishy about that so i filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau "(AKA)BBB".
