I know that using it to train strength is not effective at all but is it good for defense? Or if there is another item that you recommend, I have about 24mil that I can spend on a weapon.

i got 99 defence, attack, and i got 99 strength with a dragon scimitar.


so, its a decent weapon for what its worthy now a days.

It's extremely good for defence and attack i'd recommend getting 99 attack, or strength before going for defence .
